Role Overview

As an AI Engineer, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing advanced software systems using cutting-edge developments in foundational AI. 

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that leverage AI to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance. 

This role offers a unique opportunity for growth within the software development domain, with potential pathways leading to technical leadership, architectural design, or product leadership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions for cybersecurity in collaboration with product engineering teams and domain experts.
  • Implement and optimize algorithms for machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision to enhance existing software systems and platforms.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into software systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency through performance analysis and optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and frameworks to inform solution development.
  • Work on designing and implementing algorithms for computer vision and multimodal tasks, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Train and optimize models for computer vision and multimodal applications, leading testing and deployment efforts to ensure robustness and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Machine Learning, specifically focusing on computer vision.
  • Familiarity with applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLM) or Large Vision Models (VLM/LVM).
  • Experience training and deploying models at scale, using real and synthetic data.
  • Familiarity with Information Retrieval, Machine Reading Comprehension, and Knowledge Graphs.
  • Understanding of Reinforcement Learning concepts, including methods like Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) or Reinforcement Learning from Agent-Initiated Feedback (RLAIF).
  • Knowledge of backend services development; experience in Java is advantageous but not mandatory.
