Job Description

Hiring Electricians (Apprentice with 2+ Years of Experience) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Electrician Apprentice with over two years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various industrial settings. This role involves working with different types of conduit, handling high-voltage electrical systems, and ensuring the efficient distribution of power. Responsibilities: Conduit Bending: Proficient in bending conduit ranging from 1/2"" to 4"" (EMT, IMC, and rigid). High-Voltage Systems: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot 480V electrical systems. Power Distribution: Ensure the efficient and safe distribution of electrical power throughout the facility. Industrial Controls: Install, maintain, and repair industrial electric controls, including PLCs, motor controls, and other automated systems. Electrical Wiring: Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). Connections: Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components. Diagnostics: Diagnose malfunctioning systems using testing equipment and hand tools to locate and correct issues. Physical Tasks: Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches for conduit placement and moving heavy objects. Conduit Placement: Place conduit, pipes, or tubing inside designated areas. Essential Skills: Ability to bend various types of conduit (EMT, IMC, and rigid) from 1/2"" to 4"". Experience working with 480V electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Skills in ensuring efficient and safe distribution of electrical power throughout the facility. Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial electric controls, including PLCs, motor controls, and automated systems. Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to the National Electrical Code (NEC). Ability to connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components. Competence in diagnosing malfunctioning systems using testing equipment and hand tools to locate and correct problems. Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches and moving heavy objects. Skill in placing conduit, pipes, or tubing inside designated areas. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Experience in industrial environments performing conduit bends. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
