ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking clients to understand and address their insurance needs.
Lead Management: Handle company-generated leads, providing solutions and guidance to prospective customers.
Retention Efforts: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Sales Consultations: Conduct consultations to recommend and sell suitable insurance policies based on individual client requirements.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and changes to offer up-to-date information and competitive solutions to clients.
Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the team.
RequirementsLanguage Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty License is preferred or commitment to obtain one upon hire.
Sales Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a similar field is desirable, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both supported languages.
Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
Remote Work Proficiency: Comfortable and efficient in a fully remote work environment, including use of necessary technologies and software.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, driven to meet sales goals, and manage time effectively.
