Must live in NE, MN, MO or KS to be considered. The Sales Director is a client facing role responsible for territory management and the acquisition, onboarding, and activation of new advisors. Responsibilities: Overseeing Broker/Dealer channel firm territory management and business development Driving strategy planning in coordination with internal account executive Performing analysis on consumer preferences, trends, market data, and competitor behavior Maintaining involvement with new advisor/client relationships at all levels, including development and acquisition Developing and implementing growth agendas Leading in person and online meetings and presentations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (CFP and/or MBA) preferred 7+ years financial services client service and sales support experience, with extensive multi-channel communication mediums knowledge Independent broker/dealer channel sales knowledge highly preferred Series 65 or 66 license or willingness to obtain Proven, successful territory management experience Salary: $300k+ all in Employment Type: direct hire Travel is required The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
