• use data and create metrics/dashboards to identify improvements opportunities.
• lead cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• drive strategic projects for North America, and equip executive leaders with information and advice to make fact-based decisions.
• write and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the globe.
• drive automation of data sources working side-by-side with groups like Ericsson Group Data & Analytics team

The skills you bring:

• a steadfast drive to solve tough problems
• the ability to construct data visualizations in Excel, PowerBI or similar BI tools
• the ability to quickly identify root causes by using large data sets
• consulting skills and the ability to think strategically
• the ability to quickly adapt and pivot in a constantly changing business environment
• the motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools
• the people skills required to work with all roles within Ericsson
• courage to challenge leadership and our current ways of working
• the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
• advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• the ability to work effectively independently and in teams
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, or data analytics tools
• Experience in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and change management

Salary Range:

• Bachelors: $63,000
• Masters: $70,000

Hiring Bonus:

• Bachelors: $8,500
• Masters: $11,500
