Experienced Carpenter – Full-Time Opportunity in Des Moines, IA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40+ Hours/Week | Overtime Potential

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform framing, finish work, drywall, and trim installation across commercial and residential sites

• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to execute precise builds

• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, and other structural components

• Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness while working efficiently with the crew

• Communicate with foremen and project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Prior carpentry experience (commercial preferred, residential welcomed)

• Proficiency with hand and power tools; must bring your own tools

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or on a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
