Sycamores provides a spectrum of equitable mental health services through various programs to multicultural populations of all acuities. The Agency primarily focuses on providing care to low-income, high-needs, at-risk children, youth, families, and adults.
The Program Director for our Mobile Crisis Outreach Program is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the program, including managing human and financial resources.
Sycamores partners with Riverside and LA County to operate dispatch centers and the 988 mental health crisis hotline, supporting individuals experiencing mental health crises. The hotline offers initial phone support and triages calls to the County mental health dispatch center, which assigns the Mobile Crisis Outreach Program for in-person support. The program responds to community crises, providing stabilization, safety planning, risk assessments, and follow-up support. The Director supervises the Mobile Crisis team and collaborates with the larger Mobile Crisis Outreach Program, maintaining partnerships with the County call center, police, sheriff, hospitals, and ambulance services.
This role involves recruiting, hiring, supervising staff, utilizing data for planning, and managing program operations and budgets. The Director collaborates with managers, executive staff, and external stakeholders and may be involved in crisis call support and field coverage as needed.
$106,000 - $113,000 annually for full-time employment, based on experience and education.
$90,000 - $105,000 annually for full-time employment, based on experience and education.
This is a full-time position overseeing the Riverside Mobile Crisis Response Team. Shift hours may range from 6 pm to 2 am, with days varying based on workload and needs.
Offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for external candidates.
