Women's Clothing Designer

$80,000 - $100,000+

Our client, a clothing company, is looking for a new designer to join their team. This role will be gradually introduced, beginning with only a couple of hours a week. Once this person is familiar with the brand's style and can produce satisfactory designs, they will be moved to a full-time position.

This person will start out as the sole full-time designer, but then move up to a leadership position as more designers are hired. They will oversee multiple aspects of the design, development, and manufacturing process.

Requirements:

• Experience designing women's or children's clothing
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Technologically savvy
• Familiarity with the design, sample, and production process
• Market awareness with competition and general fashion
• Creativity and passion for design and fashion
