We hope you’ll join us and see what the smiling pink whale is all about. Overview We’re on the hunt for a Corporate Recruiter who loves connecting talented people with the right opportunities. You’ll be the matchmaker between our company’s needs and the amazing people who help us grow. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across the organization, develop effective sourcing strategies, and help strengthen our employer brand. The ideal candidate brings proven full-cycle recruiting experience out of a retail environment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to finding and engaging top talent. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy & Partnership Collaborate with HR and leadership to design tailored recruitment strategies that attract and identify top talent. Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs, role responsibilities, and candidate requirements. Train and support hiring managers on effective interviewing and hiring practices. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development Manage job postings and applicant tracking through the vineyard vines Careers page, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Stay informed on market trends, retail industry salary data, and competitive offerings. Interviewing & Selection Oversee the interview process from start to finish, conducting phone, virtual, and on-site interviews. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams to ensure a streamlined process. Manage sensitive and confidential candidate information with discretion. Process Management & Candidate Experience Prepare and send offer letters, initiate onboarding paperwork, conduct professional references, and coordinate background checks. Maintain accurate recruiting data and track key metrics to monitor performance. Continuously innovate and improve the candidate journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand. Oversee internal and external communication related to recruitment, including documentation of feedback. What You Bring 5+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruitment experience within the retail industry. Proficiency with recruitment software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally UKG), and LinkedIn Recruiter. Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and onboarding best practices. Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
