Job Description

We are looking for skilled Regional Dedicated CDL-A Truck Drivers to become part of our team. This role is based in Marengo, OH, and provides strong earning potential, reliable weekly home time, and the security of working with a significant retail client. The position is physically demanding and involves 100% driver unload.

Compensation Package:

• Earning Potential: Average $2,130 weekly (around $110,880/year). Top performers may earn more based on their performance.
• Pay Structure: $215 per day plus $300 for each trailer delivered.
• Additional Pay: Breakdown Pay at $100 per day.

Schedule & Home Time:

• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset at home.
• Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week.

Route & Operations:

• Dedicated Account: Consistent freight supporting retail stores.
• Running Area: Primarily covering OH, KY, Eastern PA, IN, MI, Western NY, WV, and Detroit.
• Average Miles: Approximately 1,400 miles weekly.
• Freight Handling: 100% driver touch freight; drivers are responsible for unloading retail goods at store locations, likely using rollers and conveyors.
• Equipment: Sleeper cab with 53' dry van trailers.

Hiring Area: We are looking for drivers residing within 120 miles of Marengo, OH, including Toledo, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Dayton, OH; and Cincinnati, OH.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• A minimum of 12 months of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Must be physically capable of unloading freight (100% touch freight).
• Good driving record and work history.
• Must live within the specified hiring area.
