The Work The Engineering Aide Sr will be part of the System Integration and Test organization supporting Moorestown, NJ Aegis operations for the engineering staff. Duties include: • Manage Integration & Test cost accounts using Earned Value Management to status program cost/technical/schedule.
- Perform technical administrative tasks as directed by functional management and supervisory project execution of technical assignments, final product preparation. • Perform database entry as well as assist with configuration management of multiple databases.
- Support meetings as well as collect various metric and status for compilation into status charts. Who We Are

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School diploma or GED
- Proficient in MS Office suite • Experience with financial budgeting and forecasting
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Ability to acquire and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level (U.S. citizenship required)
Desired Skills:
- Associates Degree • Control Account Management (CAM) certified
- Experience working in a corporate or government finance environment
- Experience with staffing analysis
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
