Responsibilities

•Generate leads to identify potential clients
•Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in real estate sales
•Follow up on leads diligently until appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer's agent
•Maintain communication with homebuyers through various channels to ensure brand recall when they are ready to make a purchase again
•Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track the team's progress towards company objectives
•Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clientele
•Utilize CRM systems to gather and maintain updated customer information for agents' reference
•Schedule appointments efficiently and manage them effectively

Qualifications

•A valid Real Estate License or in the process of getting one
•Previous sales experience is required
•Excellent communication skills are a must
•Opportunity for earning commissions is available
•A valid Drivers License is essential for this role
