Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant, Manager Loan Operations—this is a startup, so a mix of both. Must have expertise in Loan Operations to support our executive team in a dynamic financial services environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative skills with a deep understanding of loan operations, loan servicing, and learn (and help build) Frontlands' processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, team building, internal communications, and supporting the executive team
• Prepare loan-related documentation and treat our customers with amazing TLC during the closing process.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing loan contracts, agreements, and documentation for LOC servicing, loan origination, and Frontlands' processes.
• Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date, compliant, and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with loan operations, underwriting, and Frontlands' teams to facilitate communication and project management.
• Handle confidential borrower and loan information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

• Must be very technically savvy—in other words, you are more often the person that is helping someone on your team with technical things, than you are the one needing help (and to clarify, no, this is not a tech support role)
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role within the financial services, banking, or specialty lending sector.
• Demonstrated experience in lending at a bank or specialty lender, with a strong understanding of underwriting processes, servicing, loan origination, and Frontlands' operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and loan management software applications.
• Need to be a notary or willing to get setup as one upon hiring.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients, borrowers, and team members.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for credit analysis and loan documentation tasks.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and lending compliance standards is a plus.
