An opportunity is available for a certified ENL (English as a New Language) Teacher to support K-12 students across multiple districts in an itinerant contract role. This position offers a dynamic teaching experience within general education settings, working with a diverse student population to enhance English language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted ENL instruction to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to support language development across the curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, adapting instructional strategies to meet individual needs.
• Travel between several districts to fulfill an itinerant teaching role.

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State ESOL certification.
• Experience working with K-12 students in an ENL or ESL capacity preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload and district requirements.
• Ability to adapt instructional methods to diverse learning environments.
