Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
• Perform eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Utilize straight razor techniques for advanced haircuts as needed.
• Apply knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results in hair coloring services.
• Engage in upselling of salon products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization within the salon environment, ensuring all tools and workstations are sanitized.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or certification from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Familiarity with eyelash extension application is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of straight razor techniques is a plus.
• Understanding of color theory and its application in hair coloring services.
• Strong upselling skills to promote salon products effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management is beneficial.
• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: hourly v/s commission which ever is higher

Expected hours: 20 per week
