About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Social Media to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing platform-specific strategies to enhance engagement and drive revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Marketing and CEO to ensure that social media initiatives are in line with the company's overall goals. The Head of Social Media will also lead a content production team, continuously explore and integrate social media innovations, and use data from various analytics tools for decision-making and performance tracking. Applicants for the Head of Social Media position at the company must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing and social media management, with a background in B2C and preferably some exposure to B2B. Essential skills include a proven track record in scaling brands through social media and a talent for compelling storytelling. The role requires a high level of autonomy, excellent project management experience, strong copywriting skills, and a passion for personal growth content. Experience with FB ads and other paid advertising channels is also essential, and a background in Ed-Tech or Tech business is a must.
