Hours: Full Time

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring.
• Handle light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, bed making, and cleaning.
• Plan, shop for, prepare, and serve nutritious meals.
• Communicate professionally with clients, their families, and our dedicated staff.
• Ensure a safe environment for clients at all times.
• Support clients in self-administering medications (with proper training).
• Encourage self-help activities to promote independence.
• Document services provided and any changes in clients' conditions.
• Maintain clinical records in accordance with our policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of company competency testing for HHA.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Preferred:

• At least one year of Home Health Care or Long-Term Care experience is a plus.
