Founded in 2003, Lydecker is a growing AV-rated full-service law firm with over 140 attorneys in thirteen offices throughout Florida, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, and Georgia. We currently have an opening for an Accounts Payable Support position.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide help desk support on assigned tickets
  • Troubleshoot and solve common IT problems such as computer/laptop issues, username and password issues, and setup
  • Configure new computer hardware and software
  • Perform upgrades and configuration of desktop and related peripherals
  • Work on assigned service request to resolve or escalate them accordingly
  • Work with our ticketing system to create detailed los and technical documentation
  • Software installs and upgrades
  • Assist in the administration of a Windows environment
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer care

Requirements: 1year + of applicable work experience in IT Support or Help Desk

Proficiency supporting the following technologies:

  • Microsoft Windows 10/11
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Microsoft OneDrive/SharePoint
  • Active Directory
  • DHCP
  • DNS
  • Switches, wireless networks
  • Client VPN
