Position Summary

The mission of the Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist is to ensure Wholesale Supply Chain and Logistics tasks are completed within a timely manner and accurately. Reporting to the Wholesale Manger, this role provides clear and concise information to vendors, retail partners and wider Wholesale team regarding shipping, documentation, vendor compliance and deliveriesand ensures smooth and on time deliveries for all Wholesale partners.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR WHOLESALE LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST:

  • You will ensure proper communication with Wholesale customers, ensuring proper adherence to all vendor compliance manuals and guidelines
  • You will collaborate with Global Logistics Manager and Wholesale partners to schedule and book freight shipping, communicate handover deadlines and purchase order information to freight forwarder
  • You will meticulously track inbound and outbound freight movement for goods into the US
  • You will perform delivery reconciliation and investigations into variances, including reviewing packing lists, conducting three way checks and resolving customs compliance issues
  • You will take ownership of the day-to-day workflow plans and build partnerships with all key stakeholders and teams across the business, including merchandising, DC, IT, and Finance
  • You will track freight forwarder compliance and optimization, along with vendor on-time

performance.

Experience And Education Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an international logistics analysis environment, preferably with a focus

in Asia sourcing (particularly China) using air and sea logistics.

  • Experience in consumer retail, specifically fast fashion preferred
  • Has a working understanding of HTS codes and classification

Proficiency in computer databases, statistic applications, logistics programs, and ERP systems.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database analysis (SQL, Access)

Salary Banding: $80K-$120K
