Job Description
We are looking for full time and part time LPNs and RNs to work in Stark County on Saturday and Sunday... or either of those 2 days, or every other weekend. You also would be able to pick up any open week day visits you would like.
Times for the visits can be anywhere between 5AM and 9PM, *you pick the times that work best for you!!* You can work as few as 1 visit or as many as 16 per day and anywhere in between.... it is up to you!
Just because you are opting to work Sat/Sun doesn't mean you can't ever take any days off; you can always put in a time off request. You can work every week or every other week... it is up to you. We are *extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling!!*
You will also have the option of picking up any visit that is open if you want it, no matter what day of the week. Even if you just picked up 1 visit (35 minutes) on your way to or from your regular job 5 days a week that is $125+ dollars per week for only working 35 extra minutes per day... it might even be a home you pass on your way to or from work anyways!
We provide visits in client's homes from 35-60 minutes (*Typically 35 minutes*). Nurses provide assessments, education, medication administration, blood sugar checks, and injections.
Why stay stuck in a facility for 8, 12, or 16 hours a day when you could be out in the community going house to house? Each visit is typically 35 minutes long. Isn't that better than having a whole hall of people to take care of at the same time? In home health you get to actually spend time with patients one on one and not be interrupted by other things or an overloaded hall of patients. We service individual clients in the community, as well as DD group homes that have anywhere from 2 to 5 clients.
*We are willing to train nurses with no prior home health experience!!! Don't rule out home care if you have never tried it!*
Home Visits are typically 35 minutes long, occasionally up to 60 minutes. We pay per visit/per client... so if there are 3 clients in a home, that is 3 visits etc.
*Full time =* 30 - 40 visits per week.
*Part Time =* 16 - 29 visits per week
We have patients who need their medications, injections, or tube feeds administered daily. We also have patients who need Blood Sugar checks, blood draws, wound care, wound vacs, med boxes and med towers filled weekly. Our clients range anywhere from 18 years old to 100+ years old.
*All Positions Offer* – Use of a Company Issued Tablet, Mileage Reimbursement, Dental, Vision, AFLAC, and Life Insurance.
*Full time positions - *In addition to everything above, Full Time nurses also receive Medical Insurance (Including Prescription), PTO, Paid Vacation, Holiday Pay, Paid Jury Duty, and Paid Bereavement time.
Interviews, Orientation, and Staff Meetings all take place at our office in Massillon Ohio.
_*All candidates must have one year of experience as a licensed nurse and be able to pass a criminal background check, as well as have a valid driver's license, use of a vehicle, and proof of auto insurance.*_
We have electronic medical records so no need to frequently come to the office.
