Purpose of the Role:

The Marketing Director will lead the organization’s marketing efforts, ensuring strategic alignment with overall business goals. This individual will be key in shaping the company’s brand, driving customer acquisition, elevating digital presence, and fostering team development. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Brand Management – 10%

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company’s transformation and growth initiatives.
  • Strengthen brand positioning within the industry.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition – 10%

  • Design and implement innovative campaigns to attract and convert new customers.
  • Leverage digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Partner with sales to drive conversions.

Product Marketing & Customer Engagement – 10%

  • Tailor marketing plans to various product lines.
  • Target specific customer demographics with strategic messaging.
  • Produce compelling content to educate and engage.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence – 10%

  • Oversee website, SEO, digital advertising, and analytics.
  • Lead content and social media strategies.
  • Optimize campaigns through data analysis.

Partnerships & Distribution Channels – 5%

  • Build and maintain partnerships with brokers, agents, and financial institutions.
  • Launch co-branded marketing initiatives.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis – 20%

  • Track industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to inform decisions.

Budgeting & Performance Tracking – 10%

  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Monitor KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Adjust strategies based on data and ROI.

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence – 5%

  • Ensure marketing practices comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with legal on advertising standards.

Leadership & Team Management – 20%

  • Inspire, mentor, and lead the marketing team.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Train team on emerging tools, trends, and platforms.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual. This is an in-office role and must have experience with Latin America.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and marketing execution
  • Expertise in digital marketing and analytics
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
