As a bilingual Mental Health Therapist, you will provide culturally sensitive therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
  • Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, fostering a path to healing and resilience.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to empower clients in their mental health journey.
  • Participate actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
  • Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and individualized treatment plans, upholding the highest professional standards.
  • Engage in collaborative care with our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach to mental health care.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
  • Provisional license as required by state regulations.
  • A strong educational background leading to professional licensing.
  • A passion for mental health and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
  • A strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
  • Effective time management skills to complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is required .
