Weber State University’s Division of Online and Continuing Education is excited to announce an opening for a Program Manager for the Building Puentes Grant. Under the guidance of the Director of Multilingual Programs, this role is crucial in overseeing the Multilingual Building Puentes program. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing multilingual programs, with a focus on operational analysis to promote their growth and success. Regular communication with the Director during critical program development and transition phases will be essential. You will collaborate effectively with other departments and DOCE staff, playing a key role in ensuring efficient program management and coordinating responsibilities as needed. Your tasks will include:
Additionally, you will streamline participant enrollment processes, lead promotional activities to increase program visibility, evaluate program effectiveness using a data-driven approach, and innovate in customer service to enhance participant satisfaction. By collaborating seamlessly with DOCE operational teams, you will ensure the smooth daily management of the Building Puentes program and take on special projects as assigned. This position requires a blend of effective outreach, strategic planning, financial acumen, marketing expertise, and a commitment to exceptional customer service and collaborative teamwork.
