Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in o9 Demand Planning and o9 as well as domain expertise in Pricing Optimization Sales Planning and Execution. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technology architecture and the ability to drive impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the development and deployment of o9 Demand Planning and o9 solutions to optimize demand forecasting and planning processes.
• Provide technical expertise in Pricing Optimization to enhance pricing strategies and improve profitability.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute effective sales planning strategies.
• Ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Conduct regular assessments of technology architecture to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on technical issues and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technology implementations.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality technology solutions that drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in o9 Demand Planning and o9.
• Must have domain expertise in Pricing Optimization Sales Planning and Execution.
• Should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Should have a proven track record of successfully leading technology projects.
• Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments.
• Nice to have knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Should have a strong understanding of technology architecture principles.
• Should be able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Certifications Required

Certified o9 Solutions Architect Certified Pricing Professional (CPP)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $135,000/Year to $150,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
