Job Description

We are looking for a PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST to join Vara Chevrolet team. Vara Chevrolet opens from Monday to Saturday. We closed on Sunday and major holidays.

• Morning shift: 7am-3pm
• Evening shift: 3pm-8:30pm
• Saturday: 8am-6pm

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Authorized to work in United States of America
• Have reliable transportation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Follows instructions and policies

• Professional
• Be reliable

Punctual, reliable and eager to improve Responsibilities:

• Answer all in-coming phone calls, transfer to correct departments or personnel.
• Be able to help customer through phone, give directory, answer basic questions.
• Log in License plates, coupon books.
• Send out license plates, registration receipts and coupon book to customer.
• Receive delivery packages, mails and contact internal recipients.
• Be able to do cross-training and perform small tasks.
