As a successful Project Manager you will:

• Have a track record of managing projects successfully with an entrepreneurial approach to making it happen
• Move quickly from project to project, keeping a good grasp of the details without losing perspective of the 'big picture'
• Enjoy handling multiple projects in various stages of completion, easily moving from project to project - handling submittals, meetings/minutes, scope, billings and costs control, quality, safety and close-out
• Have a high sense of urgency to address and resolve challenges that arise over the course of a project
• Build strong customer and subcontractor relationships
• Manage projects to beat the schedule and enhance the return for the customer and the company
• You are passionate about exceeding customer expectations and delivering projects on time and under budget. You are a collaborative team player with the potential to grow your career at WxTite as we execute our growth and leadership succession plan.

Our ideal Project Manager candidate will have:

• 5 to 10 years of construction-related industry experience; commercial roofing experience preferred
• Excellent communications skills and customer service experience; business development skills and experience a plus
• Strong understanding of project financial management
• Scope development and estimating / pricing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
