Sales Canvasser- Home Improvement Company

Seeking energetic, dedicated agents to join our team in our Van Nuys office.

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Canvasser. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers and promoting our products or services through door-to-door canvassing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing
• Promote our products or services and answer any questions potential customers may have
• Collect customer information and provide it to the sales team
• Meet daily and weekly quotas for customer engagement and lead generation
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Mandatory appointment and canvassing experience
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Must generate 2 appointments a day
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Demands:

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to carry and transport marketing materials and equipment
• Ability to navigate stairs and uneven terrain

Salary and Benefits:

We are offering $22.00 per hour plus 1% of the gross sales and a benefits package, including health insurance and opportunities for advancement within the company.
