Senior Information Security Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Security Operations : Oversee daily security operations, ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT systems.
• Risk Management : Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across all IT environments, implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
• Incident Response & Forensics : Lead incident response activities, including forensic analysis and threat hunting.
• Breach Management : Quickly address and resolve security breaches, capturing opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Security Architecture : Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure cloud and on-premise architectures.
• Vulnerability Management : Manage vulnerability identification and remediation to protect systems, networks, and applications.
• Security Policies & Training : Develop, enforce, and educate staff on security policies, best practices, and industry standards.
• Tool & Technology Management : Optimize security tools such as IDS/IPS, EDR, SIEM, and others.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Work with third-party vendors to assess and manage security-related services and products.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay current with emerging security threats and trends, and continuously enhance security measures.
• Project Leadership : Lead security projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are delivered on time.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular reports on security status and risk posture.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus. 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Expertise : Experience with security tools like Splunk, ServiceNow, SentinelOne, Okta MFA, Qualys, and Cisco/Palo Alto platforms.
• Security Knowledge : Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threat landscapes, and security best practices.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead complex security projects and mentor junior security staff.
• Analytical & Communication Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
