Senior Logistics Planning Manager

We're seeking a proactive, forward-thinking Senior Logistics Planning Manager to lead the strategy behind global product movement. In this high-impact role, you'll drive the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of inbound and outbound logistics operations - enabling smarter, faster, and more efficient scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a global logistics strategy to ensure efficient product flow across the supply chain.
• Financial Ownership : Collaborate with Finance and leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Operational Excellence : Define KPIs, analyze data to identify bottlenecks, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Vendor Management : Oversee relationships and negotiations with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs.
• Scalable Systems : Improve processes, compliance, and data accuracy to support growth.
• Team Development : Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing logistics team focused on collaboration and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of logistics experience in a dynamic, multi-channel environment
• Expertise in international freight, warehouse coordination, and vendor management
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Domo)
• Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, resourceful mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
