Senior Move Project Coordinator

Job Description Summary
This individual will coordinate projects and support Move Coordinators with weekly small/large/project moves. The Sr. Move Project Coordinator will work closely with Occupancy Planning and Project Management teams. This person will support the Coordinators in addition to performing tactical tasks as required. This role needs to align with the SLA and exceed in all customer service activities. This is an onsite position.
Job Description

Coordinate move projects and support Move Coordinators with the weekly small/large/project moves.

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key business partners, vendor partners and team members.

Support implementation of the move plan in accordance with the approved occupancy plan.

Coordinate with FM team, PDS team, and/or move vendor on installation and reconfiguration of furniture as it pertains to small and large group moves.

Coordinate pre-move walkthroughs to ensure spaces are ready to receive occupants.

Keep track of all tasks and schedules related to moves.

Ensure all moves are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and adhere to schedules.

Supports decommissioning activities as required.

In conjunction with move coordinators, organize warehouse and keep inventory up to date.

Provides project coordination through tools including Sortly Inventory System, FAMIS 365 Work Orders, Microsoft Platform (Word, Excel), Smartsheet and Outlook.

Able to lift at least 50 pounds. Job requires sitting, bending, lifting and walking.
