Job Description
* Responsible for the accounting activity of both foreign and domestic subsidiaries.
* Record accruals and month-end journal entries such as prepaids, fixed assets, and reconciling entries.
* Reconcile various cash and intercompany accounts.
* Work with staff responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
* Participate in ad hoc projects.
* Conduct audit and tax reporting.
* Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
* Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
* Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minor in accounting is required.
* Must have 4 to 6 years of relevant accounting experience.
* Proficient with Microsoft Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
* Superior attention to detail with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing numerous deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
Physical and Mental Job Qualifications
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
