Role Overview
The Senior Technical Recruiter at Beacon AI will lead our talent acquisition efforts, playing a critical role in shaping our company's future. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who is ready to both fill vital positions and strategically improve our recruitment processes in a high-tech setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Leadership: Lead the recruitment of exceptional engineering and technical personnel to support our rapid growth.
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Craft and execute innovative strategies to source and attract candidates in robotics, machine learning, AI, and aviation.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Actively maintain and expand a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and meet their recruitment needs.
  • Creative Candidate Engagement: Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to engage top-tier candidates creatively.
  • Candidate Experience: Handle initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and oversee the offer process to ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in recruitment to continually improve our efforts.
Role Requirements
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within robotics, machine learning, AI, and aviation sectors.
  • Engagement Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates and develop a diverse talent pool.
  • Talent Differentiation: Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas.
  • Performance in Fast-Paced Environments: Proven ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • ATS Experience: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management systems.
  • Innovative and Data-Driven: Innovative sourcing skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
