Job Description:

We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, and motivated Solar Canvassers to join our team. As a Canvasser, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential solar customers, going door-to-door to introduce them to the benefits of solar energy. You’ll generate leads for our sales team and educate people on how solar can save them money while reducing their environmental footprint.

Responsibilities:

• Explain the basic benefits of solar energy, including financial savings and environmental impact.
• Collect potential customer information and schedule follow-up consultations for the sales team.
• Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets.
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, incentives, and market trends.
• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners and inform them about solar energy.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to talk confidently with people.
• Positive, outgoing personality and comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Reliable transportation to assigned canvassing areas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior canvassing or sales experience required—just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
