Temporary Office Coverage
Office Coordinator (8 days) 9/24 thru 10/3
120 Kearny Street, San Francisco, CA

You are  a skilled Office Coordinator able to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. 

This position pays: $$28.00 - $30.00 per hour

What you will be doing:

• Phones
• Light cleaning
• Order lunches
• Events
• Inventory
• Emails
• Set up conference rooms
• Vendor relations

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience in office coordination or administration in a fast-growing environment
• Highly organized and has a keen eye for detail
• Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful
• Google Suite
• MAC computer
• Slack
