We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create designs that align with our users' needs and business goals. Additionally, you will contribute to PowerBI interface reviews, visual interface design, rapid prototyping using Adobe for front-end development, and creating visually appealing pamphlets, flyers, and PPT decks.
Responsibilities :
- Create user-centered designs by considering user feedback, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual design components to communicate design ideas and interactions effectively.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform the design process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product features and user stories.
- Review and optimize PowerBI interfaces for improved user experience and visual appeal.
- Design visually appealing pamphlets, flyers, and PPT decks that effectively communicate our brand and message.
- Utilize Adobe tools for rapid prototyping and front-end development, ensuring seamless design-to-development handoff.
- Create and refine icons and graphics that enhance the overall user interface and visual identity of our products.
- Advocate for best UI/UX practices and standards within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and successful design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Experience in reviewing and optimizing PowerBI interfaces.
- Rapid prototyping skills using Adobe tools for front-end development.
- Ability to create visually appealing pamphlets, flyers, and PPT decks.
- Strong graphic design and icon design skills.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
