PartingOut.com is an online startup company founded by KK Motors CEO Kevin Fullerton. The PartingOut marketplace is focused solely on the used part salvage industry. We are in the process of increasing our footprint in this area and need your help.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Used Auto Parts Counter Salesperson at KK Motors/PartingOut.com, located in Graham, TX. The Used Auto Parts Counter Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include managing inventory control, handling sales transactions, and maintaining an organized work environment. The role requires effective communication with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and positive customer interactions.

KK Motors / PartingOut.com are looking for a Salesperson of Cars Parts and Salvage Items.

This is an on-site, full-time position. Hourly PLUS Commissions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Online and in person sales consist mostly of used auto/salvage parts.

Must have the ability to carry sales though from Ad to Order to Fulfillment to Payment and finish with both a satisfied customer and high likelihood of repeat order or referral business.

Respond to all leads through calls, email and other forms of communication.

Facilitate follow up on all sales leads

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Automotive parts knowledge.

Ability to write compelling accurate ads.

Must be organized.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills .

Attentive listening

Self Motivating.

Ability to anticipate steps needed to complete task

Demonstrate self control and an ability to manage time and priorities

DESIRED (NICE-TO-HAVE) SKILLS:

Mechanical background (mechanic body shop etc).

Leadership training.

START DATE: As soon as possible.

COMPENSATION: Salary and production bonus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive parts or related industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• The Salary Range is real and over the 45 years in Business have paid both.
