SUMMARYLeads the execution and implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy for designing and enhancing the online member experience in coordination with the Director of IT & Web Development. By leveraging a strong web development background, this individual will lead the design and development of web architectures that use modern coding techniques that are maintainable and scalable. Manages the web development team and the corresponding digital platforms, ensures a high degree of cross functional communication and collaboration. Maintains a strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes that balance technical and business goals. Solves problems for the team by taking initiative and being resourceful. Comes to the table with a broad knowledge base around web-based and digital products.
