Job Title: Welder and Fabricator

Job Description

Join our team as a Welder and Fabricator, where you will be responsible for the fabrication of various components including A setup, B setup, LA Bracket, small components, cubicles, conservators, and turrets. You will also work on the fabrication of the take cover and core clamps, ensuring the integrity of welds and performing repairs if necessary. Your role will include inspecting welding processes and materials to ensure they meet design criteria and applicable specifications.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate components using setups like A setup, B setup, LA Bracket, and various small components.
• Work on cubicles, conservators, and turrets fabrication.
• Fabricate the take cover and core clamps.
• Weld components using appropriate techniques and perform repairs on defective welds.
• Inspect welding processes and materials for conformance to design criteria and specifications.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in welding techniques including Mig, stick welding, and flux core.
• Fitting and blueprint reading skills.
• Experience with plasma cutting.
• 3+ years of experience in blueprint and welding, ideally with 1/2" or thicker material.
• 1+ year of experience with OH or jib crane.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with various welding setups and fabrication techniques.
• Attention to detail in inspection and repair processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65523.20 - $65523.20/yr.
