As a Group Reservations & Event Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing group bookings, ensuring seamless event coordination from start to finish. Your responsibilities may include:

• Manage Event Proposals Send detailed proposal emails to group event inquiries
• Confirm Event Details Send confirmation emails once proposals have been accepted and finalized
• Cultivate Repeat Events Reach out to past group bookings to encourage repeat events
• Engage with Local Schools & Groups Proactively call schools, community organizations, and local groups to generate new bookings
• Coordinate with Marketing Assist in sending event flyers to schools and groups nationwide
• Ensure Waiver Compliance Verify that all groups have completed required waivers before their visit
• Organize Event Logistics Coordinate all event details, including food, scheduling, and special requests
• Communicate with Onsite Teams Coordinate with onsite teams for location-specific inquiries
• Support Onsite Party Operations Help onsite teams by pulling and creating daily reports.

• Other Complete other tasks as assigned by the Party & Events Manager

• Comfortable handling high volumes of outreach and event coordination
• Proficient with a computer

Bonus Skills: Hospitality, Event Management, Sales, CRM tools, Spanish

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Reliable internet connection when working from home
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and event details simultaneously
• Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check
