It manages every aspect of our brand worldwide, from corporate advertising campaigns and sponsorships to umbrella marketing messages, research, product naming, graphic standards, and publication systems. Marketing also provides strategic guidance and creative support for business units and internal groups seeking to harness the power of our brand. It helps transform our intellectual capital into client relationships by planning and executing hundreds of events and conferences each year and assessing their business impact.

Position Summary:

The U.S. Banks Marketing team is seeking an experienced marketing consultant to join the Bank Marketing team responsible for designing, building and implementing integrated marketing tactics to drive engagement with our suite of bank products. This individual should have demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in collaborating across cross-functional teams, creating marketing presentations, executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and tactics, , and measuring campaign results.

Responsibilities:

• In partnership with the U.S. Banks product teams, Marketing Operations, and Digital Platforms teams, deliver on marketing plans to drive Bank product growth & deepen relationships with existing clients

• Support Team in development and deployment of relevant and timely marketing campaigns, including proper messaging and targeting, along with material updates and digital enhancements

• Provide comprehensive marketing support across all Bank and deposit-focused needs

• Manage partner relationships to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met

• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance partners and external partners to facilitate the timely review, negotiation, and approval of materials

• Manage marketing results reporting to advise product partners, senior management updates, and guide future strategies

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• B.A. or B.S. with a concentration in Marketing, Communications or English a plus

• A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry

• Experience with executing multiple marketing channels such as digital and email campaigns

• Ability to perform marketing analysis including segmentation and interpreting trends

• Develop creative solutions in highly matrixed organization

• Foster collaborative relationships across functional teams

• Knowledge of legal and compliance policies related to financial service industry a plus

• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint required

• Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics dashboard reporting, Tableau, and Salesforce a plus
